We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Healing Hearts Care In Home Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Healthcare Support Worker will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in their homes, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Help with mobility and transfer patients as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience working in healthcare or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform duties, including lifting and transferring patients
Work Environment:

The Healthcare Support Worker will work in patients' homes, providing one-on-one care and support.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The Healthcare Support Worker will work 30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate patients' needs.
