About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead our E-commerce Fulfillment team at our modern, multi-channel facility in Ville Saint-Laurent.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise operational excellence in our Distribution Center, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of e-commerce orders.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce operations, including inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Lead a team of approximately 20 Stock Processors, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Implement and maintain industry-leading health and safety protocols to protect the well-being of our team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a warehouse environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Excel.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to partner and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Occasional overtime may be required for this role.
