Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Kento Windows & Doors. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system, answer calls, and relay messages.
  • Administrative Support: Provide basic information, maintain records, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, and basic computer knowledge.
