Job Title: Warehouse Shipper

Rough Riders Trucking & Logistics Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipper to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Shipper will be responsible for coordinating the shipment of goods, preparing shipping documents, and maintaining accurate records. This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shipping Coordination: Determine the method of shipment, schedule distribution of goods, and prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
  • Inventory Management: Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, maintain internal record-keeping systems, and record shortages and reject damaged goods.
  • Warehouse Operations: Route goods to appropriate storage areas, pack goods to be shipped, unpack goods received, and oversee loading and unloading of goods.
  • Financial Transactions: Pay and receive payments for goods.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or shipping environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Shipper will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail required. The ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy is essential.
