Job Summary

We are seeking a Key Holder (Part Time) to provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs. As a floor supervisor on duty, you will be responsible for completing basic store operations, opening and closing tasks, and leading associates in daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by engaging customers in a genuine way to drive sales and provide an exciting, fast, and easy store experience.
  • Operate as the floor supervisor on duty in the absence of a manager, responsible for completing basic store operations, opening and closing tasks, and leading associates in daily tasks.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and brand awareness to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Utilize proactive thinking, attention to detail, and analytical skills to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive store experience.

Requirements

  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Strong work ethic, assertiveness, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
