We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team at 2052691 Ontario Inc. This role is essential in identifying and fulfilling our staffing needs with qualified candidates.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years, preferably in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
- Assess current and future staffing needs.
- Draft and disseminate job postings and advertisements.
- Screen and evaluate job applicants.
- Provide guidance to candidates regarding employment prerequisites and conditions.
- Review and manage candidate databases.
- Engage with potential candidates to schedule interviews.
- Inform candidates about the outcomes of the selection process and extend job offers.
- Consult with management and staff on recruitment policies and practices.
- Facilitate staff consultations and manage grievance procedures.
- Negotiate resolutions for appeals and disputes, and oversee the termination process.
- Proficient in MS Windows and MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with electronic scheduling tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong client focus and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
