Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team at 2052691 Ontario Inc. This role is essential in identifying and fulfilling our staffing needs with qualified candidates.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years, preferably in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess current and future staffing needs.
  • Draft and disseminate job postings and advertisements.
  • Screen and evaluate job applicants.
  • Provide guidance to candidates regarding employment prerequisites and conditions.
  • Review and manage candidate databases.
  • Engage with potential candidates to schedule interviews.
  • Inform candidates about the outcomes of the selection process and extend job offers.
  • Consult with management and staff on recruitment policies and practices.
  • Facilitate staff consultations and manage grievance procedures.
  • Negotiate resolutions for appeals and disputes, and oversee the termination process.
Technical Proficiencies
  • Proficient in MS Windows and MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with electronic scheduling tools.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
