Job Title:
Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition - Scotia Technology

As a Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior, complex, and specialized Technology and Techno-Functional roles at Scotia Technology. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with senior leaders and executives to advise on hiring decisions and ensure the best talent selection for their teams.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to scout the market for strong tech candidates via various channels, including tech platforms, professional media networks, events, and resume mining.
• Lead recruitment events and drive talent marketing efforts to promote Scotia Technology as an employer of choice.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience and drive diversity-focused initiatives.
• Build strategic relationships with hiring managers and provide exceptional service and diligence in talent acquisition.

Requirements:
• Progressive recruitment experience, with a proven track record of leading initiatives and building recruitment strategies.
• Market intelligence on the latest talent and tech market trends, with effective consulting capabilities.
• Knowledge and hands-on expertise in leveraging data for TA analytics, compliance, and data-driven TA delivery.
• Fluency in French and/or Spanish is considered an asset.
• Internal training to support your growth and enhance your skills.
