About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Sky Bison Solutions Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Record Management
    • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Operations
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
    • Oversee payroll administration.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Personal Qualities

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position working 30 to 35 hours per week. The language of work is English.
