Job Title: Full Time Program Coordinator - Infectious Disease Control

Job Summary:

Accoravillage is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Coordinator to lead our Infectious Disease Control program. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs to prevent and control the spread of infectious diseases in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement program plans to prevent and control infectious diseases
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver program services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address infectious disease risks
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest infectious disease research and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, including 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of infectious disease control principles and practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience working in a public health setting
  • Knowledge of quality assurance and quality improvement principles
