About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatics Manager to join our team at British Swim School of London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our aquatics program and customer service interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the delivery of our British Swim School program according to brand and safety standards.
  • Manage instructor teams, provide initial and ongoing training, and handle customer conversations.
  • Teach swimming lessons as needed and track required certifications for instructors.
  • Create employee schedules and pool lesson schedules.
  • Address and document employee, customer, and pool incidents.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Google software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service and/or management experience.
  • Experience in swimming and fitness teaching/management is preferred.
  • Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid Certifications may be obtained during training.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.
