About the Role

The Aquatics Manager position with British Swim School of London is a key role in ensuring the success of our aquatics program. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program, including customer service interactions, instructor team management, and ensuring that our program is delivered according to brand and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Oversee the implementation and execution of the aquatics program, ensuring that all aspects of the program meet our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Instructor Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of instructors to deliver high-quality lessons and ensure that they meet our safety and quality standards.
  • Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the program, including scheduling, lesson planning, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of customer service and/or management experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Google software, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
