About the Role

The Aquatics Manager position with British Swim School of London is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the aquatics program and customer service interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Delivery: Ensure the British Swim School program is delivered according to brand and safety standards.
  • Team Management: Interview, hire, onboard, and manage employees to maintain a smooth execution of daily aquatics and service operations.
  • Scheduling: Create employee schedules and pool lesson schedules.
  • Incident Management: Address and document employee, customer, and pool incidents that occur.
  • Teaching: Teach and lead swimming lessons as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Google software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: 1+ years of customer service and/or management experience.
  • Specialization: Experience in swimming and fitness teaching/management is preferred. A specialist aquatics qualification is desirable but not required.
  • Certifications: Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid Certifications may be obtained during training.
  • Pool Operations: Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.
