Job Summary:
The Salvation Army is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part Time Director of Quality Assurance to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality improvement strategies to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Collaborate with program managers and staff to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance and compliance
- Monitor and report on quality metrics and performance indicators
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including funders and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with external requirements
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or public health
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a non-profit or healthcare setting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and compliance principles and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
