Job Summary

The Director of Quality is a strategic leader responsible for the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management principles, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance program outcomes and compliance
  • Conduct regular program evaluations and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with program managers and staff to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain quality improvement metrics and reports
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality improvement principles and practices
Requirements
  • Masters degree in a related field (e.g. social work, psychology, public health)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a quality improvement or program management capacity
  • Strong knowledge of quality improvement principles, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week. The work schedule is flexible and may vary according to the needs of the organization. The location of the position is in Hamilton, with occasional travel to other program locations.
