About the Role:


The Team Operations Coordinator will support the management team in executing and overseeing daily retail store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a well-organized store environment.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Assisting the management team in managing store operations and staff
  • Boxing and unboxing daily shipments
  • Stocking daily products on shelves
  • Climbing ladders to reach all areas of the store
  • Providing good customer service and resolving customer issues
  • Ensure store safety and cleanliness standards are maintained
  • Performing cash management, store opening, and closing duties as needed
  • Following-up on assigned tasks
  • Conducting managers on-duty tasks, including managing daily breaks, time, and attendance
  • Participating in the hiring and performance management process


Requirements:



  • Approximately one (1) year of relevant experience in the retail industry
  • At least one (1) year in a supervisory role
  • Flexible availability required (day, evening, weekend)
  • Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-volume environment
  • Customer service-oriented
