Join Our Team as a Field Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Trackforce Valiant + TrackTik. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Establish and refine recruitment processes and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in hiring.
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to enhance our visibility as an employer of choice.
  • Leverage social media platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, including maintaining applicant tracking systems, scheduling interviews, and managing job postings.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must be fluent in French and English.
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment processes and systems.
  • Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
