Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the planning, establishment, and execution of IT infrastructure and services that align with HyLife's business goals across all locations.
  • Oversee enterprise application services, including integration management, data flow oversight, and business analysis.
  • Manage technology risk, including cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Direct telecommunications infrastructure development globally.
  • Responsible for budgeting and financial reporting related to technology expenditures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align strategies and build strong interdepartmental relationships.
  • Supervise IS projects, including system upgrades and new implementations.
  • Recruit and mentor IS personnel to meet organizational needs.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies that can benefit the business.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements with external vendors.
  • Foster industry connections to enhance operational capabilities.
  • Plan and deliver Industrial Computing services, focusing on SCADA systems and operational management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of management experience in Information Services.
  • Proven track record with large-scale enterprise IS projects.
  • Strong grasp of systems architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with IS infrastructure solutions from various leading providers.
  • Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Capacity to manage confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficient in communicating IS strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead change initiatives effectively.
