Job Title: Senior Backend Developer

Astra North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing RESTful APIs, working with PostgreSQL to design schemas and optimize queries, and ensuring data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain APIs to support various web and mobile applications.
  • Work with PostgreSQL to design schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.
  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code to manage server-side logic.
  • Integrate third-party services, APIs, and tools as needed.
  • Monitor and improve the performance of the backend services.
  • Implement security best practices to protect data and applications from vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver a seamless user experience.
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for the backend services and APIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Node.js Developer or similar role.
  • Experience with React frameworks.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with monitoring systems like Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus.
