Job Title: Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our team. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the server-side logic, database systems, and integration of various services that power our blockchain ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient backend systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Implement security and data protection measures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the blockchain network
  • Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, testing, debugging, and deployment
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure reliability and performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • ~3+ years of experience in backend development with proficiency in languages such as Go, Rust, Python, or Node.js
  • Strong understanding of database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with smart contract development and understanding of DeFi protocols
  • Previous contributions to open-source projects or participation in the blockchain developer community
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools
