Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The Lot Lounge. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our dining room.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient food service systems to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Requisition and manage food and kitchen supplies to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate and manage food and labor costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and addressing any issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit reports on food sales, inventory, and labor costs to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and train staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Physical accessibility accommodations for staff and customers with disabilities.
