Job Title: Construction Labourer and Helper

Gumban Roofing and Renovation is seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will assist our experienced construction team with various tasks related to residential renovation and roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements and assist in the execution of tasks.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, and perform various trade work during home construction or renovation activities.
  • Operate equipment such as reciprocating saws, circular saws, air compressors, air guns, nail guns, drills, and hand tools.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field of employment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with physical demands.
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to handle heavy loads up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
