Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a complex care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver compassionate patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and provide nursing care to patients.
  • Apply nursing process to identify and address patient needs, and develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience.
Requirements
  • Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant.
  • One (1) year of recent, related acute care or residential experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills within a specific clinical specialty or patient population.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
