We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Patrack Au Realty & Management. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Manage and maintain our office supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary materials to operate efficiently.
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
