Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Delivery Specialist to join our team at Mercedes-Benz Brampton. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless delivery experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all deliveries are presentation-ready, meeting the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Allocate sufficient time for each delivery to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Market financial services products and/or parts accessories to customers, identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Develop sales processes to drive additional revenue for the Sales and Parts Departments.
  • Clearly communicate vehicle features and benefits to customers, ensuring they understand the value of their purchase.
  • Provide service tours to familiarize customers with the service process, building trust and loyalty.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team and achieve business objectives.
