  • Market financial services products and/or parts accessories to customers, identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Develop sales processes that drive additional revenue for the Sales and Parts Departments.
  • Clearly communicate vehicle features and benefits to customers, ensuring they understand the value of their purchase.
  • Provide service tours to familiarize customers with the service process, building trust and loyalty.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team and achieve business objectives.
