Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Parts Delivery Specialist to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering parts to our wholesale customers in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver parts to customers in a safe and timely manner, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient delivery schedule, ensuring optimal routes and minimizing delays.
  • Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Dispatch drivers and orders as required, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Project a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service, representing Performance Auto Group in a professional manner.
  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and the Accessibilities for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
  • Perform other duties as required by management, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • 2 years of driving experience, preferably in a delivery or logistics role.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to learn new software and RF Scanners.
  • Experience with high-volume multi-drop shipments, delivery, proof of delivery, and photo documentation.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, with a focus on safe loading and unloading of vehicles.
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
