Join Our Team as a Collections Coordinator

Fed Finance is a leading recruitment firm specializing in finance and accounting. We are committed to supporting our clients throughout their job search and career development.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Collections Coordinator to join our team. As a Collections Coordinator, you will be responsible for advising management and lawyers on potential collection risks, drawing up clear pictures of payer profiles, and negotiating with customers to facilitate payment collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise management and lawyers on potential collection risks
  • Draw up clear pictures of payer profiles for clients under your responsibility
  • Negotiate with customers to facilitate payment collection
  • Record information gathered during account collection and work with the treasury team to apply payments
  • Assess the payment capacity of customers assigned to you

Requirements:

  • DEC in administrative techniques, accounting option, or equivalent
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in collections
  • Fluent in both spoken and written French
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and Outlook)
  • Effective priority management and attention to detail
