About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team at Wei Li. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and assistance to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, dressing, and toileting
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Assist with medication management and administration
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with seniors or adults with disabilities
  • Knowledge of personal care and support techniques
  • Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
