Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team at Nurjehan Lalani. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties. You will also be required to prepare and serve nutritious meals, assist with personal care, and provide emotional support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to our clients
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation
  • Assist with personal care, such as toileting and mobility
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to our clients
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the job
Work Environment:

Our clients live in their own homes, and you will be required to work in a non-smoking environment.

Security and Safety:

A criminal record check is required for this position.
