Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at BIN YAN. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our elderly clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Will train
  • Non-smoking environment
  • Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis
  • Urban area
  • Employer's home
Work Environment:
