Position Overview: The new Regulatory Compliance Officer will be responsible for providing expert guidance to staff based on established compliance protocols and will oversee the management of all compliance-related documentation.

Under the supervision of the Senior Contracts & Compliance Director, the Regulatory Compliance Officer will be tasked with updating and reviewing documentation pertinent to contracts and compliance for staff utilization, ensuring precision and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer support and direction to staff regarding compliance processes.
  • Monitor and track compliance documentation effectively.
  • Review and update compliance-related documents to maintain accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a compliance role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel and all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and community members.
