Auto Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Auto Team Lead to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Auto Team and ensuring that daily service commitments are met.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor and support employees functioning within the Auto Team.
- Champion communication of goals, vision, and procedures developed by leadership.
- Assist with the training and coaching of new hires and/or existing employees.
- Assist Auto team management in ensuring that daily service commitments are met.
- Answer client and associate questions, handle service/call escalations, and copy management on email communication in a timely manner.
- Participate in or complete special projects, such as training, system/process enhancements, service improvement, or other assigned with Manager's oversight.
- Maintain necessary relationships with clients and employees to ensure quality service standards are met.
- Assist in adding topics or creating processes for release in team meeting notes or department procedures manuals.
- Motivate team members by acting as a good role model and providing positive support to both management and coworkers.
- Utilize current centralized reference tools to help make decisions or follow appropriate procedures related to Auto.
- Provide assistance to walk-in Auto clients as required.
- Level 2 General Insurance License.
- A minimum of 2 years' auto insurance experience.
- Ability to prioritize, time manage, and follow up as promised or directed by Manager.
- Willingness to change work time/schedule to balance support during open business hours and high level of dependability.
- Steady leadership, mentoring, and/or team building skills.
- Motivated to learn new things or fast-paced as a means to help coworkers adapt to changing business needs, environment, or department goals.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Demonstrated success of being a team player.
- Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional customer service skills and experience.
- A competitive salary range of $50,000.00 to $60,000.00.
- Comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages, including extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
