Senior Operations Manager

At OMEGA TECHSOURCE INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that all activities are aligned with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage and coordinate the work of senior staff, including directors and middle managers
- Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- 2 years of experience in a management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
