Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage comprehensive accounting processes from start to finish.
  • Utilize property management software such as Yardi, Voyager, Breeze, and Appfolio.
  • Conduct bank feeds and reconciliations efficiently.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable functions, including feeding, reconciliation, and accounting.
  • Handle Accounts Payable processes, ensuring accurate feeding, reconciliation, and accounting.
  • Record journal entries while maintaining backups and a clear audit trail.
  • Prepare tax-ready financial records for the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
  • Collaborate from our Global FPO office, servicing clients worldwide.
  • Compile financial statements in accordance with various GAAP standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to lead, innovate, and implement best practices within the industry.
  • Adaptability to work in variable shift schedules.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in prioritizing workload to meet critical deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage confidently with all levels of staff and clients.
