Building Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Head to join our team at HNM Logistics Inc. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Maintenance Plans
Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of our building's systems and equipment.
Lead Maintenance and Repair TeamsDirect and supervise maintenance and repair teams to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Manage Administrative ServicesOversee the planning, organization, and direction of administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
Resolve Product and Service IssuesResolve product and service-related problems in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot Equipment IssuesTroubleshoot problems related to equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Work Environment- Work Language
English.
Work TermPermanent.
Hours35 to 40 hours per week.
