Sales Team Lead

At Canada INC, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales staff to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage sales floor operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stockroom organization.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or retail management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic security clearance and willingness to travel.
