About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our condominium properties, providing exceptional service to our clients, and leading a team of professionals to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our condominium properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance, resident satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with our regional director to set goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with company-wide initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and other administrative tasks related to property management.
  • Conduct site inspections, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with board members, residents, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • General License in good standing.
  • RCM or other recognized property management designation.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in condominium management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, commercial real estate, and property operations.
