Job Title: Condominium Property Manager

FirstService Residential is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Condominium Property Manager to join our team. As a Condominium Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential communities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive working relationship with our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our residential communities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with our clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure the financial health of our communities.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of property management professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in property management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in property management, preferably in a condominium or residential community setting.
  • Proven track record of success in managing budgets, financial reports, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
