About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at COGIR Immobilier. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough housing inspections upon tenant departure
  • Monitor rent collection and coordinate arrivals and departures of tenants
  • Coordinate lease assignments and internal transfers, creating physical files and entering data into the Hopem management system
  • Issue rental activity reports and process renewal requests as needed
  • Manage the schedule of tenant meetings and elevator reservations
  • Perform business development and develop new marketing strategies with management approval
  • Provide exceptional customer service and interact with clients, suppliers, and residents
  • Perform other related duties and support the general manager in their responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum experience in a coordinator position in the real estate field
  • Good knowledge of the Hopem management system (an asset)
  • Bilingualism is an asset
  • Good knowledge of the sector
