About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring a smooth and efficient living experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough housing inspections upon tenant departure
  • Monitor rent collection and coordinate arrivals and departures of tenants
  • Coordinate lease assignments and internal transfers, creating physical files and entering data into our internal management system (Hopem)
  • Issue rental activity reports and process renewal requests as needed
  • Manage tenant meetings and elevator reservations, perform business development, and develop new marketing strategies with management approval
  • Provide a high level of customer service, interacting with clients, suppliers, and residents
  • Perform other related duties and support the general manager in their responsibilities
  • Transcribe correspondence and update administrative forms and documents

Requirements

  • Minimum experience in a coordinator position in the real estate field
  • Good knowledge of the Hopem management system (an asset)
  • Bilingualism is an asset
  • Good knowledge of the sector
