About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Lead to join our team at Infusion Edutainment AI&VR&AR Tech Development Ltd. as a key member of our software development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems, process control software, and other embedded software control systems.
  • Software Development: Execute full lifecycle software development, including research, design, development, testing, and deployment of computer-based systems.
  • System Evaluation: Evaluate the performance and reliability of system designs, and execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required, and store, update, and maintain databases.
  • Collaboration: Confer with clients and other members of the engineering team to determine project requirements, and provide problem-solving services to network users.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in software development and leadership roles.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of virtualization, security software, 3D graphic software, C#, and database software.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, team player, and leadership abilities.
Work Environment
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
  • Language: English.
