Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliverables.
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Develop and manage technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Contribute to the development of technical strategies and architectures.
- Collaborate with other engineering leaders to drive innovation and improvement across the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or 7+ years of relevant work experience.
- 2+ years of experience leading agile engineering teams of 6+ engineers.
- Experience with mentoring, goal setting, mediation, and career planning.
- Experience identifying and recruiting talent based on staffing requirements.
- Technical and practical understanding of OOP and C++.
- Experience with development environment tools such as Perforce, Git, Visual Studio.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration, Delivery, and Deployment best practices.
