Position Overview

As a Property Management Specialist at Rujia Home Inn Corp, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational aspects of our rental properties. Your expertise will ensure that our properties are managed efficiently and effectively, providing a high level of service to our clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in property management or a related field.
  • Staff Management: Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents to maintain operational excellence.
  • Lease Negotiation: Negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners, ensuring compliance with all terms.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and manage contracts for property services, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects, monitoring progress and costs.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed expense and income reports to keep property owners informed.
  • Client Relations: Ensure timely responses to trouble calls from clients or tenants, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Security and Safety

All candidates must undergo a criminal record check to ensure a safe environment for our clients and staff.
