IFG International Financial Group Ltd is currently seeking a Property Tax Specialist to support their operations. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of tax documentation against historical records to identify and address any inconsistencies
  • Allocate new tax assessments by leveraging existing expertise and liaising with relevant stakeholders for updates
  • Ensure timely submission of payment requests and manage internal cost allocations
  • Record financial transactions in SAP for accurate cost distribution
  • Enhance existing property tax allocation methodologies
  • Investigate the application of data analytics tools to improve operational efficiency
  • Oversee incoming assessments, tax notifications, appeals, and payment processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of a diploma or certification in Accounting or Computer Science
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in property taxation or accounting
  • Expertise in SAP software
  • Comprehensive understanding of property tax legislation
