Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Condominium Manager to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. As a key member of our management services team, you will be responsible for providing property management services to our clients, ensuring compliance with provincial legislation and company policies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide property management services to clients in accordance with management agreements and company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with provincial legislation and company policies.
- Support and maintain company policies and procedures regarding property operations.
- Maintain a current, in-depth knowledge of each property within the assigned portfolio.
- Demonstrate strong financial management skills to meet client expectations.
- Create, manage, and supervise site staff teams and contractors to maximize property performance.
- Valid Condo Management license and a track record of excellence and leadership.
- Desire to advance and grow career in property management through a disciplined progression of responsibilities.
- 2+ years of experience in condominium management.
- Valid driver's license.
- Comfortable using web applications.
- Working towards an REIC property management designation is considered an asset.
