Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Cellicon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assign tasks and duties to team members to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Hire, train, and develop sales staff to improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or a related field preferred.
