Responsabilités :
  1. Aligner les stratégies de la Vice-Présidence TI avec le PMO :
    • Élaborer des plans stratégiques pour aligner les objectifs de la Vice-Présidence TI avec les objectifs du PMO.
    • Collaborer avec les équipes de la Vice-Présidence TI pour garantir la cohérence des stratégies.
  2. Assurer la livraison des projets :
    • Planifier et gérer les projets pour garantir la livraison dans les délais et les budgets prévus.
    • Collaborer avec les équipes de projet pour garantir la qualité et la satisfaction des clients.
  3. Collaborer avec les différents secteurs de l'entreprise :
    • Identifier les risques et les problématiques rencontrées dans les différents secteurs de l'entreprise.
    • Proposer des solutions adaptées pour résoudre les problèmes et améliorer les processus.
  4. Gérer une équipe de gestionnaires de projets :
    • Recruter, former et développer les compétences des gestionnaires de projets.
    • Évaluer les performances des gestionnaires de projets et fournir des feedbacks pour améliorer leurs compétences.
    Qualifications :
    1. Expérience en gestion de projets :
      • 15+ années d'expérience en gestion de projets.
      • Expérience en gestion de projets de grande envergure.
    2. Expérience en environnement applicatif, données, infrastructure (Cloud) :
      • Expérience en gestion de systèmes applicatifs, de données et d'infrastructure.
      • Connaissance des technologies Cloud.
    3. Expertise en gestion d'équipes multidisciplinaires et en gestion de projets simultanés :
      • Expérience en gestion d'équipes multidisciplinaires.
      • Expérience en gestion de projets simultanés.
    4. PMP, PGMP, PFMP, ITIL ou autres certifications pertinentes :
      • Certifications en gestion de projets (PMP, PGMP, PFMP).
      • Certifications en gestion de services (ITIL).
    5. BAC en informatique ou l'équivalent :
      • Diplôme en informatique ou un diplôme équivalent.
    6. Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais) :
      • Connaissance du français et de l'anglais.
