Position Overview:

Cineplex is a prominent player in the entertainment industry, employing a diverse workforce dedicated to providing exceptional experiences. We are currently seeking a skilled Games Room Technician to oversee the operations and maintenance of our entertainment facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance on all amusement equipment, including component replacement, testing, and cleaning.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Maintain the presentation and functionality of all entertainment equipment.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels of supplies for gaming areas and assist in inventory management.
  • Uphold cleanliness and operational standards throughout the facility.
  • Communicate effectively with management and adhere to health and safety policies.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly inspections and checklists to meet compliance requirements.
  • Accurately record billing to ensure proper remittance.
  • Prepare stations for optimal guest experiences at the beginning and end of shifts.
