Job Title: Amusement Technician

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Amusement Technician to join our team at Cineplex. As an Amusement Technician, you will be responsible for the daily operations and service of our entertainment facilities, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform general maintenance on all entertainment equipment, including testing, cleaning, and repairing as needed
* Provide exceptional customer service and address guest concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain the presentation and working condition of the entertainment room equipment
* Assist in maintaining stock levels of supplies for all game locations and game areas
* Ensure the entertainment room exceeds functional and cleanliness standards
* Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures for health and safety

**Requirements:**

* Technical experience considered an asset
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work a variable schedule, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
