Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Games Room Technician to join our team at Cineplex. As a Games Room Technician, you will be responsible for the daily operations and service of our Funplex Entertainment Facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance on all entertainment equipment, including troubleshooting, cleaning, and repairs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in maintaining the presentation and working condition of the Entertainment Room Equipment.
  • Ensure the Entertainment Room exceeds functional and cleanliness standards.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures for health and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, onsite management, and Cineplex management.
  • Record all billing accurately to ensure remittance from location.
  • Stock counters as needed to provide an ultimate guest experience.
